Hotel seemed nice from pictures on line. They gave us a room that smelled of mildew and smoke. The bathroom human hair on the floor and in the tub! I took a shower standing on a hand towel. Housekeeping knocked on our door 4 times starting at 8am when checkout was noon. ...read more

Business Traveler
The staff was friendly, the decor was beautiful, rooms had tempurpedic adjustable beds, room was quiet, good fitness center and pool, close to highways and restaurants. Very clean, parking was good.

Solo Traveler
Very convenient location for UCF activities, great staff, nice public areas, nice looking rooms. Rooms and bathrooms are a little small though, and the sleep number beds are awful. Depending upon the number you select, it's either like sleeping on a rock or on the old worn out mattress at grandma's house. Radisson needs to get rid of the gimmick beds and get real (comfortable) beds. ...read more

Traveling as Couple
Excellent location for attending UCF functions. Classy lobby and bar, though the bar closes way too early. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Nice looking rooms, but horribly uncomfortable beds. Whoever decided the public would enjoy sleep number beds did a great disservice to Radisson customers. It's like sleeping on the 30 year old bed at your great aunt's house. Bathroom was rather small. ...read more

Family with Teens
Excellent customer service, clean, centrally located near UCF. Rooms facing the back of the hotel were much quieter than those facing the front. They provided cupcakes and champagne in the evening, which was a very nice touch. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, and everyone from the hotel manager to the cleaning staff were exceptionally friendly. ...read more
